- SHIPPING:
- We ship worldwide FREE and all orders within 48 hours after the payment is made.It will take about 5-8 days to reach worldwide, do not included the holidays.
- We ship all orders via EMS (express mail service) ,it is online trackable and delivered by your local post office ,for example the destination is in USA, then the carrier will be USPS, and if the destination is in Canada, then the carrier will be Canada Post, and if the destination is in UK, then the carrier will be Parcel force, and so on .
- We will email you the tracking number once the order is shipped out ,if you do not receive the tracking number within 48 hours, then pls contact with us and ask for the details.
- If you do not receive the package but the tracking information on site indicates the package has been delivered, please check with your family members or neighbors. Packages are occasionally left with a building manager, or placed somewhere safe such as your porch, garage.
- If the tracking information on site indicates attempt delivered,then you should pay attention on your mail box because the mail service may leave a notice for you to claim the parcel from your local postal office.
- RETURNS:
- We will exchange or refund merchandise purchased through our website within 3 days after you received the item, the received date base on the sign-in date of the post office record. The exchange or refund item must be in original sealed condition without any damage. It’s buyer’s responsibility to pay the returning postage, we shall not be responsible for goods lost in transit when sending back. We recommend you to obtain proof of postage with a tracking number to avoid this type of situation.
- If your item is damaged or defective, you may return the item(s) sold and fulfilled by us within 3 days after delivery for a full refund. Items MUST be returned in their original product packaging. You may exchange for the same item or partial refund within 7 days after delivery.
- You should expect to get your refund within 1 month of giving your package back to us. Maybe you will ask why it will take 1 month to get a refund , then i would like to tell you the transit time for us to receive your return about 5 to 8 business days, and the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it about 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request about 10 to 15 business days . - Anyway we can not accept the following returns:
